Adrienne specializes in all types of franchise litigation and dispute resolution, representing businesses in all market segments, including hotels, restaurants, retail cannabis, and grocery. She is known for delivering practical, business-focused solutions that protect her clients’ interests while achieving the best possible outcomes. More than just a litigator, she takes the time to understand each client’s business, priorities, and challenges, ensuring that the strategies she develops are not just legally sound but also aligned with her client’s long-term plans for success.

With extensive courtroom and arbitration experience, Adrienne has successfully represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario, as well as the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Canada. Whether in court, mediation, or arbitration, she is a relentless strategist who anticipates challenges and finds a way forward, no matter how complex the dispute.

In addition to her litigation role, Adrienne supports the Sotos corporate team to help American and other foreign franchise systems navigate the complexities of expanding their systems into Canada, offering tailored legal and strategic advice to ensure a smooth and successful market entry.
